Salary: €45,000 - 60,000

Overview
We are looking for an early-career Scrum Master to support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality outcomes using Agile and Scrum practices. This role is ideal for someone with foundational Agile or project delivery experience who wants to grow into a fully established Scrum Master position.

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives

• Assist with communication across teams to maintain transparency and alignment

• Help identify and remove impediments to keep sprints moving smoothly

• Promote understanding of Agile principles and ensure consistent adherence within the team

• Build knowledge of Agile terminology, workflows and processes while contributing to delivery

• Develop basic facilitation, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

• Support the team in managing competing priorities and maintaining momentum

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

• Some exposure to Agile, Scrum or project management is an advantage

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to learn quickly and follow structured processes

• Comfortable working with multiple priorities and building cross-team relationships

• Interest in continuous improvement, problem-solving and teamwork
